Dawn Lauren is a writer and curator of stories that refuse to remain at the surface. She writes for those who have lived through more than they have said out loud—people who understand that some of the most defining seasons of life are not marked by clarity, but by silence, survival, and internal decisions that shape identity long before understanding arrives.
Her work exists at the intersection of faith, identity, leadership, and lived experience. It is grounded in the belief that truth is not abstract or theoretical—it is formed through reflection, responsibility, and the willingness to confront what has been avoided.

Professionally, she works across leadership strategy, organizational development, and executive advisory. She has supported leadership teams through complexity, transition, and structural change, helping organizations move through ambiguity toward clarity and alignment. Her work is centered on decision-making, systems awareness, and the ability to lead through uncertainty without losing direction.
Her civic and community engagement reflects a commitment to systems-level thinking and long-term development. She has participated in collaborative efforts focused on equity, sustainability, and community-defined futures, alongside ongoing service within structured community programs and educational environments. Dawn is also the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Paradigm Consulting Solutions, where she works with executive leaders navigating organizational complexity, restructuring, and growth. In addition, she is the founder of Simplistic Cosmetics, a clean skincare brand rooted in stewardship, simplicity, and intentional living.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and an MBA, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Beyond formal titles, she has spent years mentoring and guiding individuals through seasons of transition—helping them move from awareness to response, and from insight to decisive action.
Her debut memoir, We Ride at Dawn, is a deeply personal work that explores the environments, decisions, and internal shifts that shaped her identity. It brings language to experiences often carried privately: fractured foundations, inherited silence, survival patterns, and the long process of confronting what can no longer remain unexamined.
