She writes for those who have lived through more than they have said out loud—people who understand that some of the most defining seasons of life are not marked by clarity, but by silence, survival, and internal decisions that shape identity long before understanding arrives.
Her work exists at the intersection of faith, identity, leadership, and lived experience. It is grounded in the belief that truth is not abstract or theoretical—it is formed through reflection, responsibility, and the willingness to confront what has been avoided.
Dawn does not write from distance. She writes from observation, lived experience, disciplined reflection, and a commitment to naming what is often left unspoken. Her voice is both precise and unfiltered, shaped by years of navigating environments where clarity had to be learned rather than assumed.
Professionally, she works across leadership strategy, organizational development, and executive advisory. She has supported leadership teams through complexity, transition, and structural change, helping organizations move through ambiguity toward clarity and alignment. Her work is centered on decision-making, systems awareness, and the ability to lead through uncertainty without losing direction.
Her civic and community engagement reflects a commitment to systems-level thinking and long-term development. She has participated in collaborative efforts focused on equity, sustainability, and community-defined futures, alongside ongoing service within structured community programs and educational environments. Her work consistently centers on helping individuals and systems navigate transition with clarity, responsibility, and forward movement.
Dawn is also the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Paradigm Consulting Solutions, where she works with executive leaders navigating organizational complexity, restructuring, and growth. In addition, she is the founder of Simplistic Cosmetics, a clean skincare brand rooted in stewardship, simplicity, and intentional living.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and an MBA, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Beyond formal titles, she has spent years mentoring and guiding individuals through seasons of transition—helping them move from awareness to response, and from insight to decisive action.
Her debut memoir, We Ride at Dawn, is a deeply personal work that explores the environments, decisions, and internal shifts that shaped her identity. It brings language to experiences often carried privately: fractured foundations, inherited silence, survival patterns, and the long process of confronting what can no longer remain unexamined.
In addition to memoir, Dawn develops work at the intersection of discipline, faith, leadership, and personal responsibility—creating writing and frameworks that challenge readers not only to reflect, but to respond.
For her, writing is not separate from lived experience. It is an extension of it. A practice of clarity. A discipline of honesty. A way of preparing for what comes after awareness.

My work is centered on clarity, truth, and the way people come to understand themselves through lived experience. I write for the moments when awareness begins to shift—when people recognize patterns in how they think, choose, and respond, and begin to question what those patterns have cost them. The Dawn Edit exists as the home for this work. It is a publishing imprint built around intentional writing that values depth, honesty, and meaning. Each project is developed with care and guided by substance rather than trend or volume. At the center of my work is a simple belief: awareness is not the end of the process. It is the point where responsibility begins.
